急性早幼粒细胞白血病治疗后成熟中性粒细胞胞浆内出现Auer小体2例报道

Auer小体也称奥氏小体,是由于在白血病的白血病细胞中酶合成或装配紊乱,产生了过多的酶,使其堆积于颗粒中或由A颗粒融合而成.它的出现在形态学上标志该细胞是起源于白血病细胞克隆,在急性髓细胞白血病（AML）中具有高度特异性,是临床上医生鉴别AML与急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）的重要标志.AML患者化疗完全后骨髓涂片中没有Auer小体的存在,而临床上Auer小体出现在成熟中性粒细胞胞浆中的病例更是十分少见.本文将河北省曲阳仁济医院收治的急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）治疗后成熟中性粒细胞胞浆内出现Auer小体的2例病例情况进行报道,以期对临床治疗提供一定的帮助.

Report on Auer rods occurred in the mature neutrophil cytoplasm after acute promyelocytic leukemia treatment in 2 cases

Auer rods also calls Albright body,it causes by enzymatic synthesis or assembly disorders in leukemia cells of leukemia resulting in a plethora of enzymes,making it deposit on the particles or fused together by A particles.Auer rods appearing is the sign that cells originated in leukemia cell clones in morphology,and had highly specificity in acute leukemia （AML）.It is an important symbol for clinical doctors identified AML and acute lymphoblastic leukemia （ALL）.After completely chemotherapy,there is no Auer rods in bone marrow smears of the AML patients,patients rarely have Auer rods in mature neutrophil cytoplasm in clinic.This paper reports 2 cases of Auer rods occurred in the mature neutrophil cytoplasm after acute promyelocytic leukemia treatment in Quyang Renji Hospital of Hebei Province,in order to provide some help for clinical treatment.
