老年慢性病患者抑郁症的护理干预

目的 探讨老年慢性病患者抑郁症的护理干预效果.方法 对2010年1月～2013年1月河北联合大学附属医院200例老年慢性病合并抑郁症患者随机分为护理干预组和常规护理组.每组100例.分别进行护理干预和常规护理,并对老年抑郁量表（GDS）评分和满意度进行观察和比较.结果 护理前及护理后半、一年护理干预组患者GDS评分分别为（15.9±4.1）、（9.3±1.1）、（7.7±1.0）分;常规护理组分别为（16.6±3.9）、（12.6±2.1）、（10.3±1.1）分;两组护理前比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;护理后半、一年比较差异均有统计学意义（均P＜ 0.05）.护理干预组患者的满意度高于常规护理组（P＜0.05）.结论 对老年慢性病合并抑郁症患者进行护理干预效果较好,值得临床推广.

Nursing intervention on depression associated with chronic diseases in elderly patients

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on depression associated with chronic diseases in elderly patients.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with depression associated with chronic diseases in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei United University from January 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the nursing intervention group （n =100） and the routine nursing group （n =100）.The nursing intervention group received the nursing intervention,and the routine nursing group was given routine nursing.All patients were evaluated with geriattic depression scale （GDS） and satisfaction scores.Results GDS before nursing care,0.5 and 1.0 year after nursing care in the nursing intervention group was （15.9±4.1）,（9.3±1.1） points and （7.7±1.0） points.GDS before nursing care,0.5 and 1 year after nursing care in the routine nursing group was （16.6±3.9）,（12.6±2.1） points and （10.3±1.1） points.There was no significant difference between the nursing intervention group and the routine nursing group before nursing care （P ＞ 0.05）.There was a significant difference between the nursing intervention group and the routine nursing group at 0.5 and 1.0 year after nursing care （all P ＜ 0.05）.Satisfaction scores in the nursing intervention group were significantly higher than the routine nursing group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The elderly patients of depression associated with chronic diseases need nursing intervention.
