腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术后口服复方醋酸棉酚片治疗子宫肌瘤的效果研究

目的 对子宫肌瘤患者行腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术后,继续口服复方醋酸棉酚片药物治疗的效果进行研究.方法 选择201 1年1月～2012年12月来广东省东莞市妇幼保健院就诊的子宫肌瘤患者180例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各90例.对照组直接行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,观察组腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术后3d,每晚口服复方醋酸棉酚片20 mg,30 d为1个疗程,共3个月.对两组患者的治疗效果及复发情况进行研究.结果 治疗6个月后,对照组50例痛经者38例完全缓解,62例月经过多者中43例完全缓解,观察组62例痛经者均完全缓解,59例月经过多者中56例完全缓解.治疗6个月后,观察组子宫体积（139.1±30.2） cm3]明显小于对照组（186.9±43.8）cm3],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗6个月后,观察组促卵泡素和黄体生成素明显升高,雌二醇和孕酮水平明显降低,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗6个月和12个月后,对照组复发15例（16.7％）和32例（35.6％）,观察组复发2例（2.2％）和5例（5.6％）,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 子宫肌瘤患者腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除后,给予复方醋酸棉酚片治疗,可有效减轻患者临床症状,减少子宫肌瘤复发,安全性好.

Study on effects of oral Compound Gossypol Acetate Tablets after laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To study the effects of oral Compound Gossypol Acetate Tablets after laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 180 patients with uterine fibroids were selected from January 2011 to December 2012 in Donggnan Maternal and Child Care Service Center and divided into control group and observation group, with 90 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were under direct laparoscopie myomectomy. Patients in the observation group were given oral Compound Gossypol Acetate Tablets 20 mg after three days for myomectomy surgery, 30 days in each course for 3 months. Outcomes and recurrence in the two groups were studied. Results After 6 months for treatment, 38 cases for complete remission in 50 cases of dysmenorrhea in the control group, 43 cases for complete remission in 62 cases of menorrhagia, 62 cases for complete remission in 62 cases of dysmenorrhea caught in the observation group, 56 cases for complete remission in 59 cases of menorrhagia. After 6 months, the volume of uter- ine in the observation group was （139.1±30.2） cm3, significantly less than that in the control group （186.9±43.8） cm3, there was a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. After 6 months, higher follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group was significantly, estradiol and progestogen levels were significantly reduced com- pared with those in the control group, there Were statistically significant differences （P〈 0.05）. After treatment for 6 months and 12 months, 15 cases （16.7%） and 32 cases （35.6%） were relapsed in the control group, 2 cases （2.2%） and 5 cases （5.6%） were relapsed in the observation group, there were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Giv- ing Compound Gossypol Acetate Tablets treatment in patients with uterine fibroids after laparoseopic myomectomy can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence of uterine fibroids, and there is good security.
