负面情绪对MRI诊断质量的影响及其护理对策

目的 探讨患者负面情绪对磁共振成像（MRI）诊断质量的影响及其护理对策.方法 采取随机抽样法选取2010年1月～2012年12月在吉化公司总医院进行MRI诊断的120例患者,根据入院前后顺序分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予全程心理护理干预.对两组患者检查前后焦虑程度、检查情况进行比较,并对影响检查结果的因素进行分析.结果 检查完成之后观察组焦虑量表得分为（38.5±4.4）分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组清晰率、心率及血压正常率分别为91.67％（55/60）、70.00％（42/60）、75.00％ （45/60）,均高于对照组（P＜0.05）;初次诊断（β=1.41,OR=2.34）、焦虑（β=1.42,OR=4.17）和怀疑身患恶性肿瘤（β=1.92,OR=3.22）对图像质量有着显著的负面影响（P＜0.05）.结论 通过全程针对性心理护理干预,缓解了患者的焦虑程度,提高了诊断质量,值得临床推广应用.

The effect of negative emotion on the diagnosis of MRI and it's nursing countermeasures

Objective To explore the effect of negative sentiment on the Magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） diagnostic results and the nurse countermeasure.Methods From January 2010 to December 2012 in Jilin Chemical Industry Company General Second Hospital,120 patients which had MRI diagnosis were divided into observation group and control group,each had 60 cases.The control group accepted conventional nursing,the observation group accepted full psychological nursing intervention.Anxiety,and inspection were compared between the two groups,and had an analysis on the factors which affecting test results.Results The anxiety scale scores of observation group were （38.5±4.4） points,which had statistically significant difference compared with the control group （P ＜ 0.05）; in the observation group,the clear rate,heart rate and blood pressure normal rates were 91.67％ （55/60）,70.00％ （42/60）,75.00％ （45/60）,which were all higher than that in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）; the first diagnosis （β =1.41,OR =2.34）,anxiety （β =1.42,OR =2.17） and suspected of suffering from malignant tumor （β =1.92,OR =3.22） had significant negative impacts on image quality （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion It can relieve the patient＇s anxiety and improve the quality of diagnosis by the psychological care through the entire targeted intervention.So it is worthy of clinical application.
