2009～2011年南京地区抗抑郁药物应用分析

目的 分析南京地区抗抑郁药物的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 回顾性分析南京地区2009年1月至2011年12月抗抑郁药物的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）和限定日费用（DDC）等情况,并进行统计分析.结果 南京地区2009 ～2011年抗抑郁药物临床用药的DDDs和销售金额继续呈逐年上升趋势,年平均增长率为22.56%.帕罗西汀近年来继续名列榜首,占平均用药金额的27.73%;DDDs排列前3位的依次为选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂（SSRI）类、其他类和三环类抗抑郁药物.结论 以帕罗西汀、氟西丁为代表的SSRI类抑郁药仍是近年来南京地区医院的一线药物,用药量正随着临床上对抑郁症的逐渐重视而不断提高.

Utilization Analysis of Antidepressant Drugs in Nanjing Area during 2009-2011

Objective To evaluate the antidepressant utilization characteristics in Nanjing area so as to provide referenee for rational clinicaluse. Methods Retrospective analysis on the data of the sales of antide-pressant,defined daily doses（DDDs） and defined daily cost （DDC） in Nanjing area during 2009-2011 was done. Results The amount of antidepressants and DDDs were increased by 22.56% each year in Nanjing area during 2009-2011. Paroxetine continues to be top of the list, accounting for 27.73% of the average amount of medication. The top three drugs by DDDs were selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors （SSRI） , others and tricyclie antidepressants drugs.Conclusion In recent years,the SSRI antidepressant drugs repre- sented by paroxetine and fluoxetine,is the first line drugs in Nanjing area, the use of whicil is increasing con-tinuously due to the growing emphasis on depression.
