传染性单核细胞增多症外周血CD19、CD21的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨外周血B淋巴细胞CD19、CD21的表达在传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)中的作用.方法 选择2008年1月至2011年12月川北医学院附属医院收治的38例IM患儿为IM组,选择同期来本院体检的22例健康儿童作为对照组.采用流式细胞术测定两组的外周血B淋巴细胞CD19、CD21的表达水平,并进行比较.结果 IM组外周血中B淋巴细胞CD21表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD19的表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01);肝功能受损的IM患儿外周血CD21淋巴细胞百分率显著高于肝功能正常的IM患儿(P<0.01),而CD19淋巴细胞百分率无明显差异.结论 EB病毒感染可诱导B淋巴细胞持续高表达CD21,而CD19低表达,以利于病毒进入细胞并导致潜伏型感染和增殖性感染.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of CD21 and CD21 on peripheral blood B lympho- cytes in children with infectious mononucleosis ( IM ). Methods Thirty-eight cases of IM patients ( IM group) admitted to Norlh Sichuan Medical College Affiliated Hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were selected,and 22 healthy children for health examination of the same period were selected as a control group. The level of expression of CD19, CD21 in B lymphocytes were measured by flow cytometry, and then compared. Results The ratio of CD21 on B lymphocyte was significantly higher in IM group than the control groups( P 〈0.05 ) ,the ratio of CD19 on B lymphocyte was significantly lower in IM group than the control groups(P 〈0.01 ). The level of CD21 on B lymphocyte were significantly higher in the IM with abnormal hepatic function than the IM with normal hepatic function( P 〈 0.01 ), while the level of CD19 was not signifi-cantly different. Conclusion Infection of Epstein-Barr virus could induce B lymphocytes high expression of CD21 and low expression of CD19 ,which facilitates the virus to enter cells and cause latent infection and pro-liferative infections.
