摘    要:光学相干断层成像(OCT)是一活体生物组织切面显微检测系统.该系统具有非接触性、无损害性、分辨率高、重复性好等优点,除被广泛应用于黄斑部裂孔、视网膜色素上皮层(RPE)脱离、黄斑水肿、视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)的缺损及眼前后节的检查外,近些年来,越来越多的学者将OCT应用于正常视网膜、近视及弱视眼视网膜厚度的测量.检测结果证明,正常视网膜的视盘越大,神经纤维厚度越大;不同性别、眼别和年龄段的正常人对应的RNFL的OCT参数存在不同程度的差异;高度近视眼黄斑RNFL厚度明显低于正常眼;高度近视原位角膜磨镶术术后出现的黄斑中心凹视网膜水肿和RNFL轻度变薄与负压吸引时间的长短有关.不同类型的弱视,视网膜的厚度亦不同.

Abstract:OCT is a microscopic detection system of living tissue section. The system has the advantages of the non touch, non damage, high resolution, and good repeatability. In addition to the wide application macular hole, retinal pigment epithelial detachment, macular edema, loss of RNFL, and anterior and posterior segment of eye examination, in recent years, more and more scholars use OCT to test retinal thickness of healthy eye and myopia and amblyopia. The results of test show, the larger the disc of normal retina is, the thicker the nerve fiber is ; the OCT parameters of RNFL are various among different genders, eyes and ages in normal human;the thickness of RNFL of high myopia macular is significantly lower than that of the normal eyes; macular edema and mild thinning of RNFL of high myopia after LASIK are correlated with negative pressure suction time of LASIK. The thickness of retinal of different types of amblyopia is also different.
