SAHA与妇科恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展

妇科恶性肿瘤是严重危害女性健康的疾病,目前非手术药物治疗主要为化疗,虽然有一定效果,但是传统的化疗药物存在普遍的耐药现象和严重的不良反应.妇科恶性肿瘤有效低毒的治疗新策略亟待探索.研究发现,组蛋白去乙酰化高表达与肿瘤发生密切相关,组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂成为研发抗肿瘤新辅助治疗的热点.辛二酰苯胺异羟肟酸作为第一个被批准应用于临床的组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂,受到越来越多的关注.

Research Progress in Relationship between SAHA and Gynecological Malignant Tumor

Gynecological malignant tumor is one of the serious diseases threatening the health of women. Currently,chemotherapy as the main non-surgical therapy achieves a certain effect,but the traditional chemo-therapy easily leads to common drug resistance and complications. It is urgent to explore innovative therapeu-tic approaches for gynecological malignant tumor. Many studies suggested that over-expression of histone deacetylation（HDAC） plays an important role in carcinogenesis,HDAC inhibitors are regarded as the acces-sory therapeutic agents for cancers. Suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid （ SAHA ） is attracting more and more attention, which is the fist histone deacetylation inhibitor to be approved for the clinical anti-tumor treatment.
