氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物不良反应的调查分析

目的 对氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的不良反应进行调查,确定不良反应发生率及危险因素.方法 对襄阳市中心医院于2009年6月1日至2012年6月1日收治的经氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物治疗的4500例患者的情况进行调查.结果 共有不良事件380例,发生率为8.44%.其中诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、培氟沙星的不良反应发生率较大;临床表现为消化道反应、中枢神经系统反应与变态反应;用药合理情况、年龄、性别、原发疾病为主要的危险因素（P＜0.05）.结论 氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物不良反应发生具有范围广、比例高等特点,临床主要表现为胃肠道反应与中枢神经系统反应,应积极根据危险因素加强预防处理.

Large-scale Survey Analysis of Adverse Fluoroquinolone Antibiotics

Objective To survey for the adverse reactions of fluoroquinolone antibiotics to determine the incidence and risk factors of adverse reactions. Methods From June I^st,2009 to June I^st,2012,4500 patients treated by fluorequinolone antibiotics in Xiangyang Central Hospital were included in the large-scale survey. Results A total of 380 adverse events occurred, the incidence was 8.44%. Norfoxacin, ciprofloxa-cin, pefloxaein had higher incidence of adverse reactions; the main clinical manifestations were gastrointesti-nal reactions, central nervous system reactions and allergic reactions; the medication reasonability , age, gen-der, primary disease were the main risk factors （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Fluoroquinolone antibiotics adverse reactions are featured with a wide range and high proportion, the main clinical manifestations of which are in the gastrointestinal tract and the central nervous system, and preventive treatment based on risk factors should be strengthened.
