子宫位置与药物流产效果的临床分析

目的：探讨子宫位置与药物流产效果有无相关性。方法：对750例早孕健康女性行药流术，所有患者第一天和第二天上午各口服米非司酮75mg，服药前后空腹2h，第3天上午到门诊口服米索前列醇600μg。结果：子宫前倾位、后倾位与正常子宫位药物流产率无显著性差异（P〉0．05），而子宫前屈位、后屈位及正常子宫位与前倾位、后倾位流产率有显著性差异（P〈0．01），子宫前屈位、后屈位不全流产率高。结论：研究证明后屈位不全和子宫前屈位的妇女流产率高。为了确保流产的成功率我们建议对子宫前倾前屈位和子宫后倾后屈的妇女应行人工流产。

Clinical relationship analysis between medical abortion and position

Objective： To study the rate of complete abortion in different position of uterus. Methods： 750 cases of early pregnancy women were given 75 mg Mifespristone tables at 9 Am in the first day and second day, 600 μg Misoprostol tables in the third day. Results： There were no difference in rate of complete abortion among group of anteversion, retroversion and normal version of uterus（P〉0.05）. While highly difference between group of flexsion and version uterus （P〈0.01）. Rate of incomplete abortion in group of flexsion uterus was higher than group of version of uterus （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Anteflexsion and retroflexsion of uterus have a higher rate of incomplete abortion. It is necessary to consider position of uterus before medical abortion in order to decrease compliments ,for example, vaginal bleeding, bleeding long time,ect.
