MSCT在脂肪肝治疗中疗效的定量作用初探

目的探讨初步探讨（Multi—SliceSpiralComputedtomographyMsCT）多排螺旋CT扫描在脂肪肝治疗中疗效的定量观测作用。方法对38例脂肪肝病人进行阿拓莫兰联合丹参治疗，观察治疗前后肝脏CT衰减值、脾脏CT衰减值、肝功及血脂的变化情况。结果脂肪肝经治疗后肝脏CT衰减值有所提高，平均为10±5Hu，而脾脏CT衰减值无明显变化，治疗后肝功、血脂明显下降，治疗前后各组数据具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论在脂肪肝治疗疗效观测中，利用肝脏CT衰减值观测较血脂、肝功能更接近肝脏本身病理的改变，但利用肝脏CT衰减值这一指标观察脂肪肝治疗的疗效目前尚处于初步探讨阶段，值得进一步研究。

Studing the role of MSCT scanning in observing the efficacy of treating fatty liver

Objective To study the role ofMSCT scaning in observing the efficacy of treating fatty liver with Reduced Glutathione and Danshen Root. Methods 38 patients with fatty liver disease were treated with Reduced Glutathione and Danshen Root for 4 weeks, before and after treatment liver function, serum lipid and imaging changes were observed. Results Serum SGTP, TG, TC were reduced remarkble after treatment, attenuation of liver have raised after treatment, the value of meaning was 10 ± 5Hu and it has statistical distinct difference. Conclusion Reduced Glutathione and Danshen Root have favorable results in treanting fatty liver disease, CT attenuation of liver can be applied for quantitative measurment of efficacy of treating fatty liver and it approachs the change of hepatic parenchyma more, and worthy of further studing.
