| 摘 要： | 目的:评价彩色多普勒超声(彩超)鉴别诊断甲状腺腺瘤与结节性甲状腺肿的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析32例甲状腺腺瘤及21例结节性甲状腺肿的彩色多普勒超声诊断资料,并与病理结果进行比较。结果:经病理证实甲状腺腺瘤29例,囊性变22例;结节性甲状腺肿17例,囊性变11例;甲状腺癌1例;桥本氏病1例。彩色多谱勒对甲状腺腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿的诊断正确率90%和81%。结论:彩色多谱勒超声在甲状腺腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿鉴别诊断中有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis on thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter.Methods: The ultrasonic manifestation of 32 thyroid adenoma and 21 nodular goiter were reviewed and compared with pathology findings.Results: The pathology proved that there were 29 thyroid adenomas(22 were cystadenoma),17 nodular goiters,(11 were cystic goiter),1 thyroid carcinoma and 1 Hashimoto disease.The accuracy of diagnosis for thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter by color Doppler were 90% and 81% respectively.Conclusion: The color Doppler ultrasound has important clinic value in the differential diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter. |
