射流雾化在纤维支气管镜检查的应用

目的 :探讨纤维支气管镜 (纤支镜 )检查前的麻醉方法、效果及药物。方法 :将 2 %的盐酸利多卡因 2 0 ml置于射流式雾化器的储雾杯内 ,以纯氧作驱动面罩吸入 ,同以往传统方法即 1%地卡因鼻咽部喷注加纤支镜孔滴入 2 %利多卡因相比较。结果 :观察组较对照组麻醉效果显著 ( P<0 .0 1) ,达到有效麻醉时间短 ( P<0 .0 1) ,平均用药量少 ( P<0 .0 1) ,血气分析及心电图检查分别优于对照组 ,全身副作用小等特点。结论 :采用射流雾化吸入利多卡因是纤支镜检查前理想的麻醉方法。

Application of jet nebulization for fibrillar bronchoscopy

Objective:To investigate the methods.effect and drugs of anaesthesia for fibrillar bronchoscopy.Method:WT5BZ] A new method that 2% lidocain hydrochloride 20mls was put in the cup of jet nebulizer, and then was inhaled with 100% oxygen through mask was compared with conventional procedure that 1% dicaine was spraied on nasopharyngeal region, and then 2% lidocain was dripped into the trachea through bronchoscope.Results: The treatment group had a significantly better anaesthetic results(P<0.01),achieving effective anaesthesia in shorter time (P<0.01),consuming less anaesthetic(P<0.01)and having fewer general side-effects.The results of artery blood gas analysis and ECG was better than that in control group.WT5HZ]Conclusion: It is anideal method of anaesthesia for fibrilar bronchoscopy that 2% lidocain is inhaled by jet nebulization
