Ⅱ型糖尿病视网膜病变患者CRP与血脂变化分析

目的探讨不同病程的糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者CRP、血脂变化的特点及相关性。方法将266例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者根据无糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)、背景性糖尿病视网膜病变(BDR)、增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)分为三组,分别测定其血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),并进行统计学分析。结果有糖尿病视网膜病变组CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C明显高于无糖尿病视网膜病变组(P<0.05或P<0.01),血HDL-C明显低于无糖尿病视网膜病变组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C水平随糖尿病视网膜病变程度加重而升高。结论CRP,脂质紊乱作为危险因子与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生、发展密切相关。

The Clinical Analysis of Serum C-reactive Protein and Blood Lipid Levels in Patients With Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood lipid levels in patients with Type 2 diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods Two hundred and sixty six DR patients were divided into NDR group,BDR group and PDR group according to fundus fluorescence angiography(FFA) and fundus examination. Serum CRP,the fasting total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipopro-tein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),two hours pasting blood glucose(2hPBG) were assayed.The relationship between them were also analyzed. Results CRP,TC,TG,LDL-C in BDR group and PDR group were significantly higher than that of NDR group(P>0.05 or P <0.01).But HDL-C were reduced.And the levers of CRP,TC,TG,LDL-C were higher following the progression of diabetic retinopathy.Conclusion CRP and dyslipidemia are the dangerous factors of diabetic retinopathy.And they closely relation to the development and progression of diabetic retinopathy.
