中国北方汉族人群HLA-Cw~*高分辨等位基因频率分析

摘    要:本研究从基因水平了解HLA-Cw*位点在中国北方汉族人群中的分布频率,分析HLA-Cw*等位基因的群体遗传学特点及基因频率分布的地区差异。采用PCR-SSP分型技术对420名中国北方汉族人群HLA-Cw*位点进行高分辨基因分型,并对其分布规律进行统计学分析。结果表明:共检出30个HLA-Cw*等位基因,分布频率最高的有Cw*0102;0702;0602(0.1776;0.1217;0.1150),其他频率较高的等位基因依次为Cw*0304,0801,0303,0302,0401,1402。首次在该人群中检测到HLA-Cw*0506,0810,1510,1601和1701较少见等位基因。统计分析表明,HLA-Cw位点基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(p0.05)。结论:采用高分辨等位基因分型,可准确了解HLA-Cw*位点等位基因在我国北方汉族群体中的分布规律和特征,为HLA-Cw*座位的相关研究提供了依据。
