| 摘 要： | 目的 缩短药物流产后阴道流血时间。方法 对720例药物流产患实施护理干预，按执行情况随机分为干预组和对照组。研究两组病人配合情况及干预措施对药物流产后阴道流血的影响。结果 准确配合护理干预的干预组病人，药物流产后阴道流血时间明显短于对照组病人，经t检验，P＜0．001，两组差别有显性。结论 实施必要的护理干预，使患尽快恢复体力，利于生殖系统的复原，可缩短药物流产后阴道流血时间。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding after medicine abortion.Methods720 cases in the study received medicine abortion . 375 of them were in the group receiving nursing intervention and 345 as control group receiving conventional treatment. Observation of their cooperation and effect of nursing intervention on post abortive vaginal bleeding was carried out.ResultsThe patients cooperative with nursing intervention correctly in the nursing intervention group went through shorter duration of vaginal bleeding after medicine abortion than the controls, showing significance between them by t test ( P <0.001).ConclusionNecessary nursing intervention can help the patients getrecovered in bodily energy, promote the rehabilitation of reproductive system andshorten the duration of vaginal bleeding after medicine abortion. |
