| 摘 要： | 目的优选祖师麻熏洗液的最佳醇提工艺条件。方法采用正交试验法,以祖师麻甲素含量为指标。结果最佳提取工艺为用4倍量50%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1h。结论通过验证试验,确认此工艺条件合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To screen the optimal ethanol extractive condition of Girald Daphne Bark Fumigant. Methods The extracting process was designed by right-cross test and the content of daphnetin in the fumigant was determined by TLC-UV. Results The optimal technology was chosen as extracting with 4 times amount of 50% alcohol,refluxing for 3 times,1 h each time. Conclusion Through the verification test,the optimal extracting technology of Girald Daphne Bark Fumigant is rational. |
