树脂核材料对热铸压全瓷冠材料颜色影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究不同厚度、颜色树脂核材料对热铸压全瓷冠材料颜色的影响,为临床使核树脂、全瓷冠提供颜色方面的指导。方法制作直径11.65mm,厚度3mm的A3色Z100树脂标准件,相同直径的核树脂标准件厚度分别为0.5mm、1.0mm和1.5mm,颜色分别为A3、白和蓝色。0.8mm厚的100号IPS-Empress2基底瓷标准件,表面烧结130号饰瓷后达1.5mm厚,形成全瓷标准件,各5个。以全瓷标准件置于A3色Z100树脂标准件表面为对照试件,全瓷标准件置于不同颜色、厚度的核树脂和A3色Z100树脂标准件形成实验试件,用PR650分光光谱测色仪分别测量实验试件和对照试件的色度值。结果 0.5mm和1.0mmA3色核树脂试件对1.5mm厚的IPS-Empress2全瓷试件颜色影响的色差小于1.5;1.5mm和0.5mm白色核树脂试件的色差大于1.5小于2;1.0mm和1.5mm白色核树脂以及蓝色核树脂试件的色差大于2。结论 A3色和0.5mm白色核树脂试件对IPS-Empress2全瓷试件颜色的影响临床可以接受。随着核树脂厚度的增加,核树脂试件对全瓷试件颜色的影响逐渐增加。
