| 摘 要： | 本文采用放射免疫测定法测定了260例血清透明质酸,标本取自正常人,各种良、恶性肝病与其他疾病的病人.结果提示慢性活动性肝炎、肝硬化与原发性肝癌伴肝硬化病人的血清透明质酸水平较正常组与其他疾病均有显著升高.我们认为血清透明质酸测定诊断肝硬化是有价值的.

| Abstract: | Hyaluronic acid of 260 serum samples was determined by RIA. These samples were collected from normal persons and the patients with various benign and malignant liver diseases and other diseases. The results showed that the hyaluronic acid levels in the patients with chronic active hepatitis, hepatic cirrhosis and primary hepatic carcinoma complicated with cirrhosis were significantly higher than those of normal group and other dis-eases. We suggest that the determination of hyaluronic acid be of value in the diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis. |
