山莨菪碱佐用高频喷射通气救治小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭89例疗效分析

目的 分析山茛菪碱佐用高频喷射通气救治小儿肺炎合并心力衰竭(心衰)的疗效。方法 对178例肺炎合并心衰的患儿，采用常规治疗(对照)89例，另89例在常规治疗的基础上，加用山莨菪碱和高频喷射通气治疗(治疗组)。结果 治疗组有效率97．3％，明显高于对照组的68．2％。结论 山莨菪碱佐用高频喷射通气救治小儿肺炎合并心衰临床疗效显著，无明显不良反应。

Analysis of 89 cases of the curative effect of infantile pneumonia complicated by ventricular failure cured with anisoda mine and high frequency jet ventilation

Objective Analysing the curative effect of infantile pneumonia complicated by ventricular failure cured with anisoda mine and high frequency jet ventilation.Methods 178 infantile patients suffering from pneumonia complicated by ventricular failure were divided into two groups.One group,89 cases were cured by routine treatment(contrasting grop),the other group,the left 89 cases were cured with anisoda mine and high frequency jet ventilation in addition on the basis of routine treatment(treating group).Results The effective rate(97.3%) of the treating group is visibly higher than that(68.2%) of the contrasting group.Conclusion It is notably effective to cure infantile pneumonia complicated by ventricular failure with anisoda mine and high frequency jet ventilation.Such treatment has no tangible side effect.
