我院338例药物不良反应报告分析

目的研究我院药物不良反应(ADR)的发生特点及规律,为深入开展药物不良反应监测工作提供依据。方法收集我院2015年上报的338例药物不良反应报告,从患者的性别、年龄、给药途径、涉及药物及其品种数和药物不良反应临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果涉及药物不良反应的药物共有131个品种,发生人群集中在60岁以上的老年患者,占41.12%,以女性患者居多;静脉滴注给药占88.46%;涉及抗感染药物82例,占24.26%;中成药74例,占21.89%;单品种以复方氨基酸注射液(18AA-Ⅱ)导致的药物不良反应最多,共41例,占12.13%;涉及系统以皮肤及其附件损伤最为常见,占34.83%。结论应合理使用抗感染药及中成药,加强对肠外营养药物的质量监测,避免或减少药物不良反应的重复发生。

Analysis of 338 cases of adverse drug reaction in our hospital

Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital,in order to provide a reference for the further development of ADR monitoring.Methods Totally 338 ADR reports were collected from our hospital in 2015,and analyzed in terms of patient′s gender and age,route of administration,drug category and clinical manifestations.Results Among 131 kinds of drugs inducing adverse drug reactions,most occurred in elderly patients aged over 60 years old,accounting for 41.12%,and the females took up the higher proportion;ADR induced by intravenous route of administration accounted for 88.46%;anti-infective drugs induced 82 cases,accounting for 24.26%;and followed by traditional Chinese medicines, 74 cases and accounting for 21.89%;among the drugs that induced ADR, Compound Amino Acid Injections (18AA-Ⅱ) occupied the top, 41 cases,accounting for 12.13%;the main presentation of clinical manifestation of ADR was the damage of lesions of skin and appendix,accounting for 34.83%.Conclusion Rational use of anti-infective drugs, traditional Chinese medicines and monitoring the parenteral nutrition drugs should be strengthened to reduce and avoid ADR.
