乳康颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:目的对乳康颗粒的质量控制方法进行研究。方法 TLC法对乳香和浙贝母进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定丹参中丹酚酸B的含量。结果 TLC法斑点清晰圆整,分离度好。丹酚酸B峰与相邻峰分离度良好,进样量在0.023 62~0.472 4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为100.7%,RSD值为1.5%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、可行、专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于乳康颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a quality control standard of Rukang Granules .Methods The qualitative identification of Olibanum and Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii were performed by using TLC .The contents of salvianolic acid B were determined by HPLC . Results The spots on the TLC plate were clear and well separated .Salvianolic acid B were separated with the consecutive chroma-tographic peaks .The linear relationships of calibration curves were favorable and the linear range was 0 .02362-0 .4724 μg ,r=0.9999 .The average recovery rate was 100 .7% with RSD=1 .5% (n=9) .Conclusion The methods is simple ,accurate ,high sensi-tive and good reproducible ,which can be used for the quality control of Rukang Granules .
