2012～2015年医院门诊口服降糖药应用分析

目的分析医院门诊口服降糖药(OHAs)的使用情况,为提高用药合理性和药事管理水平提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对4年来医院门诊销售的口服降糖药的品种、金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果近4年,门诊口服降糖药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势。α-糖苷酶抑制剂、磺酰脲类销售金额始终稳居第1和第2位,其中,α-糖苷酶抑制剂销售金额占口服降糖药总销售金额的38.00%以上。2012年和2013年,单品种消耗金额排序居前2位的是阿卡波糖和二甲双胍。2014年和2015年,单品种消耗金额排序居前2位的是阿卡波糖和瑞格列奈。DDDs排序居前2位的为二甲双胍和阿卡波糖。4年中,DDC最高的是阿卡波糖,最低的是二甲双胍。结论医院门诊口服降糖药的临床应用基本合理,高效、安全、依从性好的药物更受患者青睐。

Analysis of the utilization of oral hypoglycemic agents in outpatient of the hospital during the period of 2012-2015

Objective To analyze the application of oral hypoglycemic agents (OHAs)in outpatient of the hospital,and to provide reference for improving the level of rational use of drugs and pharmacy administration.Methods By retrospective method,the utili-zation of OHAs was analyzed retrospectively in respect of drug types,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC,etc.in recent four years. Results The consumption sum of OHAs increased year by year in outpatient of our hospital.α-glycosidase inhibitor and sulfony-lurea took up the first and second places in the list of consumption sum in 4 years,the consumption sum ofα-glycosidase inhibitor accounted for over 38.00%.In 2012 and 2013,the top 2 OHAs in the list of consumption sum were acarbose and metformin;In 2014 and 2015,the top 2 OHAs in the list of consumption sum were acarbose and repaglinide.Metformin and acarbose ranked top 2 in terms of DDDs.In 4 years,the highest DDC was acarbose,the bottom was metformin.Conclusion The application of OHAs is basically rational in outpatient of the hospital and the drugs with good efficacy,safety and compliance.
