影响高血压患者用药依从性的相关因素及预防对策

目的探讨高血压患者用药依从性的影响因素及干预措施。方法采用回顾性病历查阅及电话随访,对2013年3月~2014年12月曾在医院神经内科住院的404例高血压患者用药依从性进行调查与分析。结果 404例患者中,用药依从性较好为142例(35.15%),依从性差为262例(64.85%)。Logistic回归分析显示,高血压患者服药依从性与性别、职业、高血压病程、是否伴随其他慢性病和出院时间存在密切关系。结论高血压患者服药过程中依从性较差,影响因素较多,临床药师应实施针对性干预措施,积极发挥药学服务功能,提高患者用药依从性。

Related factors influencing medication compliance of patients with hypertension and preventive measures

Objective To study the influence factors and intervention measures of the medication compliance in patients with hypertension.Methods 404 cases of hypertensive patients in neurology from March 2013 to December 2014 were selected and a retrospective medical record access and telephone follow-up conversations were made to investigate and analyze medication compliance.Results Among the 404 cases,142 with good medication compliance,and the rate was 35.15%;262 with poor medication compliance,and the rate was 64.85%.Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,occupation,hypertension duration,accompanies chronic diseases,and discharge time had a close relationship with patient medication compliance.Conclusion Hypertensive patients had poor medication compliance,which were influenced by many factors.Clinical pharmacists should implement targeted interventions and play an active pharmaceutical service to improve medication compliance.
