摘    要:目的建立沙棘果油中棕榈酸、棕榈油酸和油酸含量的测定方法。方法采用毛细管色谱柱DM-WAX(30 mm×0.32mm,0.50μm);载气为N2;流速为1.5mL·min-1;进样量为1μL;分流比为50∶1;FID检测器;进样口温度为210℃;检测器温度为230℃;程序升温:初始温度50℃,维持1min,以25℃·min-1的速率升至180℃,再以1℃·min-1的速率升至200℃,维持10min。结果棕榈酸、棕榈油酸和油酸的线性范围分别为0.101 0~1.010 4(r=0.999 2),0.100 2~1.002 4(r=0.998 4)和0.101 4~1.013 6μg(r=0.999 4),平均回收率分别为97.2%,98.9%和96.8%,RSD值分别为1.87%,1.58%和2.06%。结论建立的方法准确、重复性好,可用于沙棘果油中棕榈酸、棕榈油酸和油酸的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a GC method for the determination of palmitic acid,palmitoleic acid and oleic acid in sea buckthorn pulp oil.Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows:DM-WAX capilary column(30 mm×0.32 mm,0.50 μm) was used,N2 was used as the carrier gas at a flow rate of 1.5 mL·min-1,sample size was 1 μL,and split rate was 50∶1;the injector temperature was 210 ℃,and the FID detector was 230 ℃;column temperature was first kept at 50 ℃ for 1 min,and then raised to 180 ℃ with a rate of 25 ℃·min-1,the last raised to 200 ℃ with a rate of 1 ℃·min-1 and maintained for 10 min.Results The linear ranges of palmitic acid,palitoleic acid and oleic acid were 0.101 0-1.010 4 (r=0.999 2),0.100 2-1.002 4 (r=0.998 4) and 0.101 4-1.013 6 μg (r=0.999 4),respectively.The average recoveries were 97.2%,98.9% and 96.8%,respectively,and the RSD were 1.87%,1.58% and 2.06%, respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate and repeatable.It can be applied for the determination of palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid and oleic acid in sea buckthorn pulp oil.
