盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石疗效的系统评价

目的应用Meta分析法评估盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石疗效。方法计算机检索Science Direct,PubMed,Springerlink,维普,万方和知网等数据库,收集2016年4月之前发表的有关盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石疗效的国内外文献;严格制定纳入/排除标准,采用Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS)标准进行质量评估后,使用Q检验和I2统计量进行异质性检验,并进行数据合并,再以RevMan 5.1和Stata 12.0软件对符合质量要求的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入符合标准的4篇病例对照研究文献,包括盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊与氢氯噻嗪联合使用治疗组327例,盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊或氢氯噻嗪单独治疗对照组319例。对联合给药与单独给药后的排石率进行比较和Meta分析,OR=1.43,95%CI为0.86~1.98,P=0.003,提示2组间差异有统计学意义,对于输尿管结石患者,联合给药治疗疗效显著优于单独给药治疗。结论对于输尿管结石患者,盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合氢氯噻嗪治疗输尿管结石具有疗效好、不良反应发生率低的特点,有助于结石排出,降低肾绞痛人均发生次数,值得临床上推广应用。

Systematic evaluation of the effect of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the treatment of ureteral calculi

Objective To evaluate the effect of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the treatment of ureteral calculi by Meta analysis.Methods The literatures published before April 2016 on database, such as Science Direct, PubMed, SpringerLink, VIP, Wanfang, CNKI etc, with regarding to Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the treatment of ureteral calculi were reviewed.Strict inclusion/ exclusion criteria were set.The Newcastle Ottawa Scale (NOS) standard was used for quality evaluation, then Q test and I2 statistic were used to test heterogeneity.Revman 5.1 and Stata 12.0 softwares were used to perform Meta analysis.Results 4 literatures were included in the research, in which totally 327 cases (the treatment group) were used as the control group,Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets, while 319 cases were used as the control group,Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules or Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets used alone.The results of ureteral stones effect and Meta analysis revealed that OR=1.43,95% CI 0.86-1.98,P=0.003, suggesting that there was a significant difference between the 2 groups.The effect of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the treatment of ureteral calculi were significantly higher than that of single drug treatment.Conclusion The effect of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the treatment of ureteral calculi was higher than that of the single drug treatment.The combination treatment could help to promote the stones to be discharged, reduce the renal colic per capita occurrence.As the adverse reaction of occurrence rate was low, it is worthy of clinical application.
