| 摘 要： | 目的建立逐淤通窍口服液的质量标准草案。方法运用TLC法对制剂处方中川芎、甘草、石菖蒲、当归、枳壳等主要药效成分进行鉴别;运用HPLC法对处方中枳壳中有效成分柚皮苷进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱各斑点清晰、分离度与重复性均较好;柚皮苷质量浓度在0.12~1.92 mg·mL~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为96.88%,RSD值为1.08%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,重复性好,准确可靠,可作为逐淤通窍口服液的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative method for Zhuyutongqiao Oral Solution.Methods TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of Ligusticum wallichii,Angelica sinensis,Grassleaf Sweelflag Rhizome,Fructus Aurantii and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,and HPLC method was used to determine naringin.Results TLC spots were clear and repeatable.The linear relationship of naringin content was good in the range of 0.12-1.92 mg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 96.88%,and the RSD was 1.08%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Zhuyutongqiao Oral Solution. |
