乌司他丁对高龄消化道恶性肿瘤患者腹腔镜围手术期肝功能的影响

目的探讨乌司他丁对高龄消化道恶性肿瘤患者腹腔镜围手术期肝功能的影响。方法选择60例在全麻下行腹腔镜辅助恶性肿瘤切除术的高龄患者,随机均分为乌司他丁治疗组和对照组。治疗组在术后当天开始静脉推注乌司他丁1×105IU(10mL生理盐水);对照组不予特殊处理。分别在术前、术后第1,3和7天常规抽取2组患者外周静脉血检验肝功能。结果术后第3天,对照组中肝功能异常者人数高于治疗组。术后第1天及第3天,2组患者肝功能指标ALT、AST、TBIL和DBIL均较术前升高(P<0.05),但治疗组升高幅度低于对照组(P<0.05),至手术后第7天逐渐降低至正常。结论乌司他丁对高龄消化道恶性肿瘤患者腹腔镜围手术期肝功能有保护作用,可以减轻对肝功能的损害。

Effects of ulinastatin on live function in the elderly patients with malignant diges-tive tract tumor undergoing laparoscopic surgery during perioperative period

Objective To analyze the effects of ulinastatinon on liver function in the elderly patients with malignant digestive tract tumor undergoing laparoscopic surgery during perioperative period.Methods 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery with ma-lignant digestive tract tumor were randomly divided into 2 groups:Group A received ulinastatin (1×105 IU),and Group B did not receive.The liver function pre-and post-operation was determined and compared.Results On the 3rd postoperative day,the number of abnormal liver function in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group.On the 1 st and 3 rd postoperative days,the 2 groups of patients with liver function index AST,ALT,TBIL and DBIL were significantly higher than before(P<0.05),But the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th day after operation,the liver function in the 2 groups was recovered to normal.Conclusion Application of ulinastatin has protective effect on the liver function in the elderly patients with malignant digestive tract tumor undergoing laparoscopic surgery during perioperative period,and can reduce the damage of liver function.
