618例抗肿瘤药物不良反应报告分析

目的分析我院近3年抗肿瘤药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2013~2015年上报的618例抗肿瘤药物ADR进行分析评价。结果 618例ADR报告中男性患者为408例(66.02%),女性患者为210例(33.98%);40岁以上的有537例(86.89%),其中男性为296例,占该年龄段的49.53%,女性为241例,占该年龄段的44.87%,男性超过女性。细胞毒类药物ADR发生率占首位,占19.26%,ADR主要表现以消化道反应为主,骨髓抑制为辅。结论抗肿瘤药物ADR在静脉滴注中较多,且人群以40~60岁男性ADR居多。今后要高度重视40~60岁男性ADR,合理使用抗肿瘤药物,减少ADR的发生。

Analysis of 618 cases reports of antitumor drug adverse reactions

Objective To analyze the antitumor drug adverse reactions (ADR) occurrence in a hospital in recent 3 years,and to promote the clinical rational drug use.Methods 618 reported cases of antitumor drug ADR in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed and evaluated retrospectively.Results Among the 618 ADR cases, 408 cases were male patients (66.02%), while 210 cases were female (33.98%).537 cases (86.89%) were above 40 years old, in which male 296 cases accounted for 49.53%, female 241 cases accounted for 44.87%.Cytotoxic drugs were occupied the first position occurrence of ADR, accounting for 19.26 %, mainly in the digestive tract reaction and bone marrow suppression.Conclusion The antitumor drug ADRs mainly occurred in the intravenous drip in the 40-60 year old male patients,therefore great attention should be paid to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
