顶花板凳果化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘    要:目的对黄杨科板凳果属植物顶花板凳果(Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc.)化学成分的化学结构及生物活性研究进行文献整理,为顶花板凳果的深度研究开发提供参考依据。方法主要对1964~2016年国内外有关顶花板凳果化学成分的化学结构及生物活性研究的文献进行归纳、梳理、分析和总结。结果 1964年以来,国内外学者已从顶花板凳果中分离得到多种生物碱及非生物碱,并对其抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗溃疡以及免疫抑制等方面的生物活性进行了研究。结论在药理学指导下的化学成分研究将成为顶花板凳果研究的重要方向,这不仅可为阐明顶花板凳果中化学成分的生物效应和药用价值提供依据,更能为加快顶花板凳果及板凳果属植物的开发和利用提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the research progress of chemical structures and biological activities of Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc.,and to provide references for the further research.Methods Literatures about Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc.between 1964 to 2016 in journals and books were summarized in respect of the progress of chemical structures and biological activities.Results Since 1964,scholars separated a variety of alkaloids and non-alkaloid constituents from Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc.and its antibacterial,anti-tumor, anti-oxidation,anti-ulcer and immunosuppressive activity were studied.Conclusion In order to develop the medicinal application of Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc.,the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and mechanism should be conducted.Meanwhile,the biological effects and the medical value compounds should be clarified.
