摘    要:目的建立顶空气相色谱法测定氟~(18)F]脱氧葡糖注射液中3种有机溶剂残留量的方法。方法采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,Thermo TG-WAXMS毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm,0.5μm),以氮气为载气,采用氢火焰检测器(FID)为检测器,程序升温:初始50℃,维持8min,以30℃·min-1升温至130℃,保持2min。结果乙醇、丙酮和乙腈3种有机溶剂均达到完全分离,在考察的质量浓度范围内线性关系均良好,高、中、低3种质量浓度的回收率为97.6%~99.0%。结论该方法灵敏度、准确度均达到有机溶剂残留量的检测要求,可用于氟~(18)F]脱氧葡糖注射液中3种有机溶剂残留量的检测和分析。

Abstract:Objective To establish a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents (ethanol,acetone and acetonitrile) in Fludeoxyglucose 18F] Injections.Methods Headspace gas chromatography was adopted using a Thermo TG-WAXMS capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm,0.5 μm) with nitrogen as the carrier gas and flame ionization detector (FID) as the detector.The initial column temperature was set at 50 ℃,maintained for 8 min,and then raised (30 ℃·min-1) to 130 ℃,and maintained for another 2 min.Results The 3 residual organic solvents (ethanol,acetone and acetonitrile) were completely separated.A good linearity in the experimental concentration was observed.The average recoveries were between 97.6%-99.0%.Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the determination of 3 residual organic solvents in Fludeoxyglucose 18F] Injections.
