地榆升白片治疗肿瘤化疗后引起的白细胞减少Meta分析

目的系统评价地榆升白片治疗肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的有效性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、Pubmed、Web of Science、CNKI和万方等数据库,手工检索其他肿瘤治疗相关杂志。由2名研究者按照纳入与排除标准对纳入的随机对照试验进行全面的质量评价,采用Cochrane协作网软件Revman 5.0进行分析。结果经筛选最终纳入12篇关于地榆升白片治疗化疗后白细胞减少的研究。Meta分析结果显示,地榆升白片能减少化疗病人轻度与重度骨髓抑制的发生,提高病人的外周血白细胞计数,减少人粒细胞集落刺激因子的用量,差异具有统计学意义;而其升高白细胞效果也优于利血生片,差异具有统计学意义。结论地榆升白片治疗肿瘤化疗后引起的白细胞减少具有优势,但由于纳入研究质量不高,结论还需更多高质量的随机、双盲、对照的临床试验进一步证实。

Meta-analysis of Diyushengbai Tablets in the treatment of leukopenia induced by tumor chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Diyushengbai Tablets in the prevention of chemotherapy-induced leukopenia.Methods The Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Web of Science,CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched up to May 2016 without language restriction.2 reviewers assessed the quality of data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The Review Manager 5.0 software was employed for data analysis.Results 12 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were incorporated into the Meta-analyses.The result indicated that on the level of reducing the number of cases of grade Ⅰ-Ⅳ neutropenia,Diyushengbai Tablets was superior to control group which were not given leukocytosis promoting drugs;moreover,Diyushengbai Tablets can statistically reduce the consumption of rhG-CSF and promote the level of white blood count.The efficacy of Diyushengbai Tablets was superior to Leucogen Tablets.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Diyushengbai Tablets could be effective in controlling the tumor chemotherapy-induced leukopenia.However,due to the low quality of the methodology of included studies,further high-quality researches were needed to verify its efficacy and safety.
