摘    要:目的优选参芪通络颗粒的提取工艺。方法以干浸膏得率和丹酚酸B含量的综合评分为评价指标,通过正交实验法考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数对参芪通络颗粒提取工艺的影响。采用HPLC法测定丹酚酸B的含量,流动相为乙腈-1.0mL·L-1磷酸水溶液(22∶78),检测波长为286nm。结果最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论优选的提取工艺科学合理、简便可行,适用于参芪通络颗粒的工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize of the extraction technology of Shenqitongluo Granules.Methods The effects of the amount of water, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction technology of Shenqitongluo Granules were investigated by orthogonal test using the content of salvianolic acid B and the yield of extract as index.The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-1.0 mL·L-1 phosphoric acid (22∶78),and the detection wavelength was 286 nm.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:adding 8 times of water,extracting 3 times and 1.5 h for each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction technology is rational,simple and suitable for industrial production of Shenqitongluo Granules.
