| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院2013~2015年口服降糖药的临床应用情况。方法对我院2013~2015年口服降糖药的品种、销售金额、DDDs、DDC和排序比等进行统计分析。结果口服降糖药的销售金额逐年增长,平均年增长率为6.27%。阿卡波糖3年来销售金额均为第1位,占比均达50%以上。结论我院口服降糖药临床应用广泛,使用量与金额均呈增长趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application situation of oral anti-diabetic drugs (OADs) in a hospital from 2013 to 2015.Methods The species, dosage, amount of money, DDDs, DDC and B/A of OADs were analyzed in the hospital from 2013 to 2015.Results The total sales amount of OADs increased year by year, and the average annual growth rate was 6.27%.The sales amount of acarbose was the highest in the 3 years.And the total sales of acarbose accounted for more than 50% of OADs.Conclusion The OADs was widely used in the hospital.The dosage and amount of money were increased. |
