摘 要: | 目的:分析拟行辅助生殖技术夫妇的染色体核型异常情况并探讨行染色体检查的必要性,为此类患者遗传咨询及辅助生殖技术的选择提供依据。方法:收集天津医科大学总医院近15年拟行IVF/ICSI-ET并行染色体核型分析的2621例患者,其中男性患者1365例,女性患者1256例。女性患者中无流产史573例,1次流产史446例,≥2次流产史237例。采用染色体G显带技术进行核型分析。结果:2621例患者中发现染色体异常71例,异常率为2.71%,其中男性35例(2.56%),女性36例(2.87%),染色体多态性率为4.85%。女性患者中有流产史组的染色体异常率与无流产史组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:拟行辅助生殖技术人群中染色体异常率较高,建议行辅助生殖技术前常规行染色体检查。

Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the abnormality of chromosome karyotype in the cou-ples undergoing IVF or ICSI and discuss the necessity of chromosome karyotype analysis. To provide guidance for genetic counseling and the option of assisted reproductive method. Meth-od:2621 patients undergoing IVF or ICSI in General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University in recent fifteen years were taken as study object,including 1365 males and 1256 females,using the method of G-banding karyotype analysis of the peripheral blood. Taking the abnormality rate and polymorphism rate in general population as control. Results:71 cases of chromosome abnor-mality were found with the abnormal rate of 2 . 71%, 35 cases of abnormality were found in males with the abnormal rate of 2 . 56%. 36 cases in females and the abnormal rate was 2 . 87%. Chromosome polymorphism rate was 4. 85%,which was more higher than the rate of gen-eral population. The chromosome abnormal rate of the spontaneous abortion group had no differ-ent with the rate of general population. Conclusion:The chromosome abnormality rate in the as-sisted reproductive patients is higher than the general population. It is necessary to take chromo-some karyotype analysis before IVF or ICSI. |
