肛门前位括约肌受损导致便失禁的临床分析

目的]探讨前位肛门括约肌受损导致失禁的临床特点及相应治疗。方法]将52例病例按性别及失禁程度进行分组，分别给与功能锻炼和／（或）手术治疗，然后对各组数据进行统计学分析。结果]肛门前位括约肌受损容易造成失禁，此中女性较男性的程度为重；程度较轻的失禁，可通过功能锻炼完全恢复，较重者，则需要手术恢复。结论]肛门前位括约肌受损造成的重度失禁治疗难度较大，在进行肛肠手术时，应最大程度地减少括约肌的损伤。

Clinical treatment and analysis of incontinence because of damage on forward anal sphincter

Objective] To evaluate the characteristic and treatment of incontinence because of damage on forward anal sphincter.Methods] Fifty-two patients undergone such damage were divided to different groups with sex and degree of incontienece,then they would be treated separately by functional training and/or operation.Finally,each data would be analyzed with statistical methods.Results] In these cases,female cases were more than male cases;Slight incontinence cases were recovered with functional training,but th...
