| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新生儿高胆红素血症时心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用化学免疫系统和全自动生化分析仪,对38例高胆红素血症患儿血清cTnT及IBIL进行检测,同时选20例生理性黄疸新生儿作为对照。结果:各组新生儿血清中cTnT水平:重度高胆红素血症组显著高于轻度组(P<0·01)和对照组(P<0·01),轻度组与对照组无显著性差异(P>0·05)。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症可以引起心肌的损害,血清cTnT水平升高程度与IBIL成正相关。cTnT的检测可以为临床治疗提供实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the variety and the clinical value of cardial troponin T in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:The levels of cTnT and IBIL were measured by full-automatic chemo-immune system and biochemistry system in 38 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and 20 physio-bilirubinemia nenates as control.Results:The levels of cTnT in serum: increased obviously in severe hyperbilirubinemia group than those of in mild hyperbilimbinemia (P<0.01) group and control (P<0.01), there was no significant difference between mild hyperbilirubinemia and control (P>0.05).Conclusion:The level of cTnT increase greatly as the result of hyperbilirubinemia-induced myocardial damage. The concentrations of serum cTnT and IBIL have notable positive correlation. Monitoring the level of cTnT in serum might provide an index for clinic. |
