急性胰腺炎时内皮素和一氧化氮变化及丹参治疗作用研究

目的　研究急性胰腺炎时血浆内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)变化和丹参对其影响 ,并探讨丹参对急性胰腺炎(AP)治疗作用。方法　急性胰腺炎 71例 ,随机分为治疗组 36例 (A组 ) ,观察组 35例 (B组 )。A组用基础治疗 +丹参 +6 5 4- 2 ;B组除丹参外治疗方法与A组相同。两组治疗前后均应用放射免疫分析方法测定血浆ET、NO和血尿淀粉酶 (somogyi) ,同时以健康体检者 15例 (C组 )作对照。结果　急性胰腺炎时血浆ET、NO较C组明显增高 ,其增高程度与AP病变程度相关。A组经丹参治疗后血浆ET、NO变化较B组具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;血尿淀粉酶恢复正常值时间、病程的缩短和治疗费与B组相比亦具统计学意义。结论　血浆ET、NO异常变化可能是AP发生、发展主要因素之一。丹参具有改善胰腺微循环和拮抗ET、NO产生 ,对AP有一定治疗作用。

Changes of endothelin,nitric oxide in plasma and tanshinon for treatment of acute pancreatitis

Objective To study changes of endothelin (ET),nitric oxide (NO) in plasma and tanshinon for treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods Seventy-one patients with AP.A(n=36) randomimental group,the patients were given Tanshinon+anisondamine hydrobromide+treated base and group B(n=35) with anisondamine hydrobromide+treated base.ET and NO were measured by the methods of analysis of radioimmunoassay preformed in all patients and after the treatment.Group C(n=15) normal controls(NC).Results The levels of ET and NO increased significantly in AP,NC significen difference.The levels of ET and NO decreased for Treatment and group B significen difference (P< 0.01).Comparing with group B,group A had the obviously shortened mea increased of plasma and uric amylase and course time,therapy to spend (P<0.01).Conclusion The plasma ET,NO and SOD might all play a key role in the development of AP.Therapeutical effect posse of tanshinon in AP.=
