先天性膝关节脱位的诊治体会

目的：先天性膝关节脱位是一种少见畸形，通过对2004年1月-2008年12月收治的12例（14膝）先天性膝关节脱位进行临床分析总结，结合相关文献，加深对此病诊疗的全面认识。方法：收治的12例（14膝）均在新生儿期内确诊，并予以闭合手法复位，阶段性石膏或高分子绷带固定与矫形支具治疗。结果：11例（13膝）平均20d膝过伸消失，膝关节屈曲功能完全恢复；1例屈曲有改善但未完全恢复需要手术。结论：先天性膝关节脱位病因复杂，在新生儿期早期保守治疗后效果满意，极少数患儿需手术治疗。

Diagnosis and treatment of congenital dislocation of the knee

Objective： Congential dislocation of the knee （CDK） was a rare malformation.Through analyzing and summarizing the medical documents of 12 patients （14 knees） with CDK who accepted treatment in our hospital from Jan.2004 to Dee. 2008,we could take a deeper insight to this malformation.Methods：12 patients （14 knees） who were admitted and diagnosed within the newborn time were all given closed reduction,serial plaster （or polymer-bandage） fixation and orthopedic brace treatment.Results：The over-extended knee deformity of 11 cases（13 knees） ware gradually corrected and the function of the knee joint restored completely after 20 days on average.One patient needed surgery treatment because of partial but not completely improvement of inflection.Conclusion： The cause of congenital dislocation of the knee joint （CDK） is complex. But the effect of conservative treatment in early newborn time is satisfying, and few needs the surgery intervention.
