氟伐他汀对老年人颈动脉粥样斑块的影响

目的　观察氟伐他汀对老年人颈动脉粥样斑块的影响。方法　对 5 5例颈动脉斑块的老年患者给予氟伐他汀 (来适可 ) 2 0mg,每日 1次 ,治疗 6个月 ,观察其对患者血脂各项指标 (TC、TG、LDL C、HDL C)的影响 ,并通过颈动脉彩色超声检查观察患者颈动脉内径、血流阻力、血流速度及动脉斑块积分的变化。结果　氟伐他汀治疗 6个月后 ,TC、LDL C均下降 ,HDL C升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而TG无明显变化。颈动脉斑块积分明显减小 ,颈动脉内径增加 ,阻力指数减小 ,与治疗前比较有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,而血流速度则无明显变化。结论　氟伐他汀对老年人患者的颈动脉斑块有稳定和消退作用。

Effect of fluvastatin on carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients

Objective To observe the effect of fluvastatin on carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients.Methods 55 elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis received fluvastatin (lescol) 20 mg orally,once a day,for 6 months.The effects of fluvastatin on the patients' blood fat parameters including TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were observed,and the changes of artery bore,blood flow resistance,blood flow velocity and artery plaque score were observed by carotid color ultrasonic examination.Results 6 months after treatment with lescol,TC and LDL-C were decreased,HDL-C was increased (P<0.05),the area of plaques became smaller,carotid bore was increased,resistant index was reduced.There were significant differences before treatemnt and after traetmenrt (P<0.05 or P< 0.01 ). There was no obvious change in blood flow velocity. Conclusion Fluvastatin is effective in treating carotid atherosclerosis plaques in elderly patients.
