| 摘 要： | 目的 观察委中穴点刺配合醒脑开窍针刺法对脑卒中后患侧下肢肌力恢复的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。治疗组采用毫针点刺委中穴，以下肢抽搐3次为度，配合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗，对照组“治痿独取阳明”传统治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为83．3％，对照组为43．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论针刺委中穴配合醒脑开窍针刺治疗脑卒中风急性期，对患侧下肢肌力恢复有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of pricking point Weizhong(BL40) plus brain-activating and orifice-opening acupuncture in rehabilitating postapoplectic myodynamia of the affected lower limb.
