高龄妊娠285例的妊娠结局分析

目的：总结高龄孕妇的妊娠结局，以提高对高龄妊娠高风险的认识。方法：对高龄组（285例）和对照组（4438例）产妇的妊娠合并症及并发症发生率，围生儿情况和剖宫产率进行对比分析。结果：妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压疾病、胎膜早破和产后出血的发生率及剖宫产率高龄组均高于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组的围生儿结局则无明显差别。结论：高龄妊娠为高危因素，其合并症及并发症发生率明显增加，剖宫产率也升高，故应加强高龄孕妇的产前检查及产时监护，确保母儿安全。

Analysis of pregnancy outcomes in 285 older pregnant women

Objective: To summarize the pregnancy outcomes of older pregnant women,and to improve the recognition of the high risk of older pregnancy.Methods: The incidence of pregnant complications,situation of perinatal infants and the rate of cesarean section were analyzed in old group(n=285) and control group(n=4 438).Results: Compared with control group,the incidence rates of gestational diabetes,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,premature rupture of membrane,postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section were higher in old group(P<0.01).The outcomes of perinatal infants were not significantly different between old group and control group.Conclusions: Older pregnancy is a risk factor,the incidence of complications and cesarean section rate of older pregnancy increase obviously.In order to improve pregnancy outcomes,it is important to strengthen the intrapartum guardianship and prenatal examination of older pregnancy.
