慢性阻塞性肺病患者急性发作期血清酶测定及其临床意义

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者急性发作期血清酶的变化及其意义。方法检测COPD急性发作期患者25例、20例COPD缓解期患者血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、和谷草转氨酶(AST),并同时作血气分析。结果急性发作期肺心病患者血清CPK、LDH和AST明显高于缓解期组(P<0.01);血清CPK、LDH和AST与PaO2呈负相关,与PaCO2呈正相关。结论血清CPK、LDH和AST测定可反映肺心病病情,细胞受损程度与血清酶释放有关。

Determination and clinical significance of serum enzymes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute period

Objective To study the change and significance of serum enzymes of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in acute period.Methods Serum CPK,LDH and AST were determined in 25 cases in acute period of COPD and 20 cases in remission period of COPD.At the same time the blood gas analysis of these patients were made.Results Serum CPK,LDH and AST in acute period of COPD were marked higher than these in the remission period(P<0.01).Serum CPK,LDH and AST were negative correlated with PaO2,and positive correlated with PaCO2.Conclusion Determination of serum CPK,LDH and AST can reflect condition of COPD.The damage of cells is related to the release of serum enzymes.
