| 摘 要： | 血液粘度和红细胞沉降率受红细胞聚集程度的影响,可作为测定红细胞聚集性的指标.本文结果表明:脑梗死组与对照组比较,红细胞聚集指数有显著性改变(P＜0.05),红细胞沉降率无显著性变化(P＞0.05).黏度法比红细胞沉降率法更好地反映了红细胞的聚集性.

| Abstract: | Blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate are affected by the amount of erythrocyte aggregation and are parameters used to measure the aggregation. In this study, we show that the erythrocyte aggregation index of cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than the normal controls (P<0.05). No change was found in the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (P>0.05). Our results suggest that viscosity method is better than ESR in measuring erythrocyte aggregation. |
