氢氧化钙与甲醛甲酚在根管消毒中的效果比较

目的：探讨氢氧化钙与甲醛甲酚在根管消毒中的治疗效果。方法：将160例需根管消毒的患者（患牙）随机分成两组各80例，分别使用氢氧化钙（试验组）与甲醛甲酚（对照组）作为根管消毒剂，比较两组封药后消炎止痛的效果。结果：氢氧化钙组的有效率为91．25％，甲醛甲酚组的有效率为76．25％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在根管预备中，氢氧化钙作为根管消毒剂在消炎止痛方面优于甲醛甲酚，更能促进根管内炎症的吸收和根尖周病变的愈合，值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect Comparison of Calcium Hydroxide and Formocresol in Root Canal Disinfection

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of calcium hydroxide and formocresol on root canal disinfec- tion. Methods： 160 patients （offending teeth） were randomly divided into two groups, and then one group of 80 cases was delivered calcium hydroxide and the other group was delivered formocresol as a root canal disinfectant. As a result, anti-inflammatory and analgesic were observed after intracanal medicament. Results： The effective rate was 91.25 % in hydroxide calcium group, and it was 76.25 % in has only 76.25 %. There were statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Hydroxide calcium as a root canal disinfectant in anti-inflammatory pain is better than traditional formocresol. Hydroxide calcium could promote the absorption of inflammation and healing of periapical lesions in root ca- nal, which should be widely applied in clinic treatment.
