电视腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠80例报告

目的 :探讨腹腔镜诊治输卵管妊娠的应用价值。方法 :回顾分析 80例输卵管妊娠患者应用腹腔镜治疗的临床资料。对有生育要求者 ,尽量保留输卵管 ;年龄较大已有子女无保留输卵管要求者 ,行输卵管切除术。结果 :80例中 4例失败 ,余均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术。结论 :腹腔镜手术患者损伤小 ,痛苦轻 ,术后粘连少。随着腹腔镜技术的提高 ,休克型输卵管妊娠患者 ,也可用腹腔镜治疗。

Analysis of tubal pregnancy operation by laparoscopy in 80 cases

Objective:To study the value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of oviduct pregnancy. Methods:80 cases of oviduct pregnancy were treated by laparoscopy and analyzed. Patients who were willing to bear were retained the oviducts, patients who had children received the salpingectomy. Results:There were four cases fail among the 80 cases, the other cases were operated under laparoscopy smoothly. Conclusions:Laparoscopy has been found out superior to traditional abdominal operations in less trauma,little pain and adhension after operation. With the development of the laparoscopic surgery,as to the patients with hypovolanic shock due to ectopic pregnancy,it also can be practiced.
