骨性关节炎行全膝关节置换术中软组织平衡的探讨

目的探讨骨性关节炎行全膝关节置换术中软组织平衡的处理方法。方法对2000年6月至2005年12月收治的161例（男68例，女93例，年龄56～85岁，平均67岁）因原发性骨性关节炎行全膝关节置换术回顾性分析术中软组织平衡的处理。结果随访4年92．3％的膝关节都可以得到非常好的伸屈间隙，内外侧平衡，伸屈间隙相等，优占78．3％，良18％。结论良好的软组织平衡可使严重膝关节骨性关节炎全膝关节置换术后获得畸形矫正和功能恢复，应掌握规范的软组织平衡技术。

The balance of the parenchyma in Total Knee Arthroplasty for the patients with the knee osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the technique of the chyma balance in the total knee Arthroplasty （TKA） for the patients with the knee osteoarthritis. Methods From June 2000 to December 2005,161 patients（68 males, 93females; age, 56-85 yearsold ; average, 67 yearsold） with the knees of varus deformity and flexion contracture under went primary TKA and the balanle of the parenchyma. Results 2.3% of the knees attained sound symmetric flexion extension gaps. The excellent rate of gap equivalence between flexion and extension was 78.3% and the good rate was 18% four years after operation. Conclusion TKA patients with the serious osteoarthritis can have good results in correction of deformity and improvement of joint function.
