| 摘 要： | 对中药商品蛤蚧（广西蛤蚧，泰国蛤蚧ＣｅｋｋｏｇｅｃｋｏＬ）及其混伪品海蛤蚧（红瘰疣螈ＴｙｌｏｔｒｉｒｏｎｖｅｒｕｃｏｓｕｓＡｎｄｅｒｓｏｎ）进行了药材性状、药材鳞片显微特征、化学定性反应、紫外光谱、ＨＰＬＣ高效液相色谱的鉴别研究。实验结果，海蛤蚧与广西蛤蚧、泰国蛤蚧比较有明显区别，不应混用；广西蛤蚧与泰国蛤蚧的比较差异较小；为蛤蚧的准确鉴定和质量评价提供了鉴别依据。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the result of the study on the outer properties,microscopic characteristics of the scales,physicochamical identification,ultraviolet spectroscopy and HPLC,identification of the commodity medicinal material Gecko Guangxi Gecko,Thailand Gecko 〔Gekko gecko L〕] and its counterfeit Tylotrition Verrucous.The results show that Guangxi Gecko,Thailand Gecko have obvious distinction with the counterfeit Tylotrition Verrucous and therefore the counterfeit Tylotrition Verrucous can not be used as Gecko. |
