| 摘 要： | 本文利用立体定向 X 线解剖定位法和电生理刺激靶点验证.确定丘脑腹外侧核的 Vim核团,利用定向活检对16例帕金森氏病患者.男9例,女7例,年龄在36～65岁之间.进行了 Vim 核活组织光镜、电镜检查。均显示了神经元细胞固缩,细胞有崩解现象,尼氏小体、核仁、核染邑体、线粒体均有改变.神经胶质细胞肥胖、增生,但与患者病情、病程无相关性。

| Abstract: | This paper reports a light and electron microscopic study on the venterolateral nucleus of thalami(VL)of is parkingonians.There are 7 male and 9 female,age manged 36-65 years old, through biopsies,the intracranial targets were located correctly by stereotactic technique,and were verified electropysiologieally.It shown pyknosis of neuronal cells,collapse and dissociation of these cells.And also,changes have been found in Nissl's bodies,nueleoles,nucleochroma- tosomes and mitochondria.In addition,these are fathess and proliteration of neurogliacytes.It seems that there is no distinct relativity between above descrived cellular changes and patient's condition of disease. |
