| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两种不同肠道准备方法对电子结肠镜检查结果的效果。方法将82例行结肠镜检查的老年便秘患者随机分为对照组（40例）和实验组（42例）,对照组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,实验组口服硫酸镁;观察两组患者的肠道清洁度、药物的耐受程度。结果实验组肠道清洁效果优于对照组,两组结果比较差异具有显著性意义（均P〈0.05）。结论采用硫酸镁口服清洁肠道对老年便秘患者镜检效果更好。

| Abstract: | Aim To evaluate the difference of two enteric preparations for electronic colonoscopy.Methods 82 aged costive patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 in control group and 42 in experimental group.Control group and experimental group admistered polyethylene glycol-electrolyte and magnesium sulfate respectively.Enteric cleanness and drug tolerance of the two groups were observed.Results Enteric cleanness of the experimental group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To aged costive patients,oral magnesium sulfate had better effect on enteric cleanness than that of polyethylene glycol-electrolyte. |
